A little more Pilates, a little more flexibility 💫

Mat Pilates is now happening Wednesdays at 4 PM at Treehouse Yoga BSL!

Perfect if you’re not a morning person, have a busy morning, or just want to sneak in some movement before the evening gets going.

And yes - your 8:30 AM Tuesday + Thursday classes are still happening!

Who wants a zoom Mat Pilates class? Thinking lunch time on the gulf coast (10am PST for my west coast crew), 45 minute class. These would be hosted by Megan and cueing/feedback provided specifically to those taking the class.
