✨Closing out World Breastfeeding Week with a full heart 🥹

My breastfeeding journey started in 2019 and it’s still going strong today. ❤️ My first taught me how strong I could be. My second taught me I had enough love — and milk — for two.
My third reminded me that this journey doesn’t have an expiration date.

Breastfeeding has pushed my body beyond limits — endurance, patience, and strength. It’s given my children a gift of life. It’s lit up a 🔥 in my soul to expand my professional capabilities.

To grow my children, nourish them, comfort them… well beyond toddlerhood. To watch them thrive because of something my body could give is incredible. This is the joy I carry. The privilege I don’t take for granted.

And it’s why I’m so grateful I get to serve other families now — walking with you as you find your version of this.

Because above all, a FED BABY is a happy baby. Working with families to support your feeding plan is what I’m here for — breastfeeding or not. YOU deserve support that sees you and all the incredible things you are capable of.

Here’s to the journey. Here’s to the gift.
