Happy Wednesday, friends or as we say New Comic Book Day! Some fun new books for younger readers were released today and we wanted to mention a few. Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Sonic, MadLibs and Choose Your own Adventure are just a few of Ryan's favorites! Perfect gifts for the kid who gets all As in School. Or Bs Even a C or D should get something. Did someone say 80 degrees weather this weekend? Yes, they sure did so we put every chair out on display for you to Marvel at and dream about. Also check out Michael's Bookcase™ for some great reads while relaxing on the sand. Two shelves of DC Compact Comics at $9.99. And the young adult & children section is filling up nicely. Also new is our BCW comic book/magazine/book supplies. Protect your favorite comics, magazine, DVDs and more with BCW supplies. Finally the Greeting Card aisle just got a fresh shipment with hundreds of new cards for almost every occasion. Do not ask me which occasion we are missing. I'm working on it.

Saturday May 2nd is Free Comic Book Day and we will be celebrating all day from 9am to 5pm
Here are the fun rules for the event.

Anyone walking into America's earliest opening comic book store can pick any 2 of the free comics books that will be on display
Purchase any item from the comic book aisle and pick 2 more free issues.
Spend $20 from the comics aisle and choose any one of the following 3 options

- A total of 8 free comics or for you crazy fools who don't think comics are the greatest invention ever...
- A pack of Magic the Gathering cards Marvel edition containing two 30 card decks
- or Pick any 4 packs of the trading cards on display

And for those taking advantage of the 20% off Hardcover and trade paperbacks...
Spend $50 and get all 22 free comics available, Plus the Magic the Gathering Pack And 1 pack each of the various trading cards seen in the picture

A sincere thank you for making our Superman day a success! It was a lot of fun and we enjoyed seeing everyone participate. Now it's time for Free Comic Book Day which this year will be Saturday May 2nd. Stop by for a completely free comic and even more free FUN!!
