This September marks a milestone that fills me with gratitude.

I’m proud to celebrate five years serving the Beacon community and ten years in business dedicated to helping people move, recover, and live healthier, more active lives.

What began as a vision to provide personalized, one-on-one physical therapy has grown into a practice built on trust, relationships, and exceptional care. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with runners, hikers, skiers, musicians, weekend warriors, new parents, older adults, and so many others who have trusted me with their health.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. Whether you came to me after surgery, were struggling with chronic pain, wanted to return to your favorite sport, or simply wanted to move with greater confidence, it has been an honor to help you achieve your goals.

Over the years, my practice has continued to evolve by offering:

One-on-one, individualized physical therapy sessions
Injury prevention and performance programs
Whole-body movement assessments
Wellness and fitness guidance to keep you active long after your pain is gone
Evidence-based treatment tailored specifically to your goals
As I look toward the future, my mission remains the same: to provide compassionate, expert care that empowers every patient to move better, feel stronger, and live life without unnecessary limitations.

If we’ve worked together, thank you for being part of this incredible journey. Your referrals, kind words, and continued trust have helped this small practice grow in ways I never imagined.

If you know someone struggling with pain, recovering from an injury, or simply wanting to improve their mobility and overall health, I’d be honored to help them, too.

Here’s to the next chapter—and many more years of helping our community stay healthy, active, and doing what they love.
