The chakras are the 7 energy fields in our body, which help to remove any imbalances in our energy fields. When these energy fields are blocked, we can develop physical and emotional ailments. Crystals are sometimes used to help with balancing the chakras during a Reiki session. I also offer a variety of crystals and other items for sale in my shop. Access Bars are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, will release negative energy. These negative energy blocks can stop you from feeling joy and calmness in your life. These points access all the thought, ideas, beliefs and emotions you have stored. Access Bar treatment is an opportunity for you to release the negative energy associated with these points. I grew up in a small rural town in western Nebraska. I had wonderful role models growing up. My mom and grandma would always help to take care of ill friends, neighbors and animals. So, I naturally felt drawn to helping others too. This desire to help others led me to my career in healthcare. I have been in healthcare for 40 years now. I have worked as a nurse aide, LPN and as a PTA/Director of Therapy. I have always thought that there was more to healing than just our physical bodies. As a nurse and as a Physical Therapist Assistant, I was able to work with patients to help heal their physical bodies, but I decided I wanted to help people in more ways. This led me to taking Reiki and Access Bars classes, which as stated above can have impacts on pain management, reducing stress, clearer thinking and increased relaxation. I have been a Reiki Master for several years now and recently was encouraged by family and friends to start my own business, so here I am. :)

I feel that my experience and knowledge as a nurse and therapist, along with Reiki and Access Bars training, have provided me with the ability to provide optimal services for those who seek these treatment options with me.
