Summer movement doesn’t have to mean hour-long workouts.

Short on time? Try:
-10-minute walks
-Quick mobility breaks
-Light activity between commitments

The key is showing up consistently. Small moves add up and can make a big difference in how you feel, move, and function every day.

Hmmmmm, perhaps our Summer Sustainability Challenge is something to consider!
