Fasting isn’t about skipping meals — it’s about timing.
For prostate cancer support, the sweet spot for most people is a 14–16 hour daily fast (mostly while you sleep).
🕕 Finish dinner by 6 PM
🌅 Break your fast between 8–10 AM with breakfast (I'm sure there's a dad joke in here somewhere)
This simple rhythm can help:
• Support healthy blood sugar levels
• Reduce inflammation
• Encourage cellular repair
• Support hormone balance — especially important during ADT
✨ Once a week, you may consider a longer fast (based on your body’s strength and stress load) to give your system a deeper reset. Best to work with an Integrative Health Practitioner to assess and guide you through this process.
Pairing this with a Functional Medicine Detox can further support your liver, lymphatic system, and overall healing environment — especially while you're navigating treatment and post-treatment recovery.
