As a Holistic Life Coach and REIKI Practitioner I provide my clients with a space to develop a better understanding of who they are and where they want to go in their lives. After receiving my Masters Degree in Counseling I have been studying EFT, TFT, AIT, Brainspotting, Gestalt Body Process, Martrix Reimprinting, REIKI and Yoga.
