🌈✨ Want to make a difference in someone’s life? We’re hiring In-Home & Community-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the Portland Metro Area.

A Direct Support Professional is a trained individual that helps people experiencing intellectual and/or developmental disabilities live safely and independently in their own homes and communities.

What you’ll do:
🏠 Provide one-on-one support in the home and community
🧼 Assist with personal care such as hygiene and mobility support
🍽️ Support light housekeeping, and daily routines
🚗 Accompany to appointments and errands
💙 Promote choice, safety, and dignity
📝 Complete required documentation

Qualifications:
✅ Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
✅ Reliable vehicle transportation
✅ Ability to understand detailed service documents
✅ Clear written and verbal communication skills
✅ Proficiency in time management and ability to follow all policies and procedures
✅ Ability to pass a background check
🌎 Bilingual/multilingual encouraged

Schedule & Location:
📍 Portland Metro and surrounding areas
🕒 Full-time (30+ hrs/week), flexible scheduling

Compensation & Benefits:
💵 $20–21/hr depending on experience

Join Access Community Care as a Scheduling & Outreach Specialist for our Attendant Care Services department. This role is based in our Beaverton office, with some tasks completed off-site as assigned.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing multiple moving pieces at once, communicating clearly and accurately, and staying detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment. You’ll support service initiation and continuity through scheduling, staff coordination, processing referrals, and collaborating with ADL managers to facilitate provider matches that support participants’ needs and goals. You’ll also work closely with individuals, families, and case managers using strong systems and person-centered practice. Professionalism, patience, teamwork, and reliable follow-through are essential for success in this position.📅💬

🌈✨️ We're hiring Community-Based Direct Support Professionals for our Daily Support Activities (DSA) program!

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) is a trained professional who helps people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live, learn, and participate safely and independently in their communities.

What you’ll do:
🌿 Lead participants in outings, and structured and fun activities
🤝 Support participants as they practice social skills and interact with peers
📍 Navigate local events and public spaces
🚌 Transport participants safely using your personal vehicle and occasionally an ADA-accessible shuttle bus
📝 Document participation and progress in accordance with ODDS standards

Qualifications:
✅ Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, and valid auto insurance
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Ability to operate an ADA-accessible shuttle bus when needed
✅ Clear communication skills
✅ Technical proficiency for tracking hours, schedules, and following all program procedures
✅ Ability to pass a background check

✅ Part-time (20+ hrs/week) or full-time (30+ hrs/week)
