Are you bloated all the time? The answer could be simple! READ YOUR LABELS and check the ingredients. Read on for the best advice I can give ANYONE!
Artificial sweeteners (listed in the post) have been shown in research to have the ability to alter the composition of our gut bacteria, which can lead to unfavorable imbalances, overgrowths etc. This leads to uncomfortable gas, bloating, pain and more.
Sugar alcohols (listed in the post) are not absorbed in the gut! Therefore, they travel through the entire GI tract and pull water into the colon. Why is this bad? Because no one wants to feel the bloat, gas and even diarrhea. No thank you!
Food gums are sneaky! There are in almost everything we consume from a package. While these foods are convenient, the food gums are LITERALLY a pain in the gut. They move through our digestive tract without being absorbed and have the potential to change our gut bacteria.
Protein powders can be ultra-convenient, especially for active individuals. What’s not convenient is the potential side effects they cause to our digestive tract. Not only are many of them difficult to digest because of how they are processed, but they are extremely high in heavy metals. Vegan proteins are particularly high in heavy metals! So be careful.

CHECK YOUR LABELS FOR THE INGREDIENTS LISTED IN THIS POST! Save the post and share it! When choosing your food, choose ONE INGREDIENT WHOLE FOODS and be patient with your gut. Every body is different, and has different tolerances for all of these substances.
Check your toothpaste, gum, bread, oatmeal packets, crackers, chips, ice cream, diet products, protein bars, protein powders, pastas, salad dressings, mints, vitamins, water enhancers, drinks, KETO everything, low-carb everything. READ EVERY LABEL and educate yourself.
