Meet Sarah Schwab, one of our newest Compounding Pharmacists! 💊

After spending most of her pharmacy career in retail, Sarah has enjoyed making the move to compounding and working alongside the NWC team. She loves learning something new each day and says her coworkers are a big part of what makes work so much fun.

Outside of work, you can find Sarah spending time with friends and family, catching live concerts in Portland, Seattle, or Las Vegas, and loving on her two cats, Lenny and Squiggy 🐱

Northwest Compounders was proud to sponsor and participate in this year’s DoveLewis Golf Tournament ⛳️

This event raised support for DoveLewis Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital’s volunteer canine therapy teams, who provide comfort to children, first responders, court witnesses, seniors and travelers at PDX every day. We’re grateful to partner with an organization that does so much good for our community.

Jennifer brings experience in retail pharmacy and sterile compounding in the hospital setting, with strengths in accuracy, aseptic technique, workflow efficiency, and regulatory compliance. She’s excited to continue growing her compounding expertise.

Shelby brings over a decade of HR leadership experience and joins our Leadership Team, focused on building strong, engaging employee experiences.

We’re excited to welcome Lauren Bareng to Northwest Compounders as one of our newest Compounding Pharmacists!

Lauren brings 7 years of pharmacy experience, beginning her career as a technician and later earning her pharmacy degree, with a strong background in compounding at a 503B outsourcing facility focused on HRT and injectable supplements. She’s excited to grow her skills in both human and veterinary compounding and values being a collaborative, team-first colleague.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys hiking National and State Parks with her husband and reading a good book when time allows. We’re thrilled to have her on our team! 👏
