Everyone has their favorite workout! Yesterday’s HIIT workout was a bike, dumbbell, ladder, and band circuit! Proud of everyone! You can do it too!

Our HIIT workouts are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm. We demonstrate how to do each exercise - so no one is ever confused.

How long can I hold this plank? I have to do planks for my job each year, but I NEVER talk during the plank (this changed today). So many questions… how long can YOU hold a plank?

When I started working out with Pilates years ago, I could only hold a plank for ten seconds. Now, with my job and the ETX Innovation Fitness Studio in Beckville, I can hold a plank for four minutes.
