Our staff was treated to some delicious peach cobbler and ice cream today, because around here, we’ll take just about any reason to celebrate with food.

Nothing says “great way to end the week” quite like a sweet treat and even sweeter coworkers! We’re so thankful for our amazing Stonebridge team and all they do each and every day. 💛

🐾 We heard it was National Dog Day… so of course we had to share one of our favorite four-legged friends, Abby! 🧡🐶

There’s just something special about the love a dog brings. Therapy dogs like Abby can provide comfort, companionship, joy, and a sense of connection for our residents. Sometimes a wagging tail, a gentle nudge, or a few quiet moments together can brighten an entire day.

We’re so thankful for the smiles, sweet moments, and unconditional love Abby brings every time she visits. She may have four paws, but she leaves some pretty big footprints on our hearts. 🐾

What an honor it was to represent Stonebridge at the 110th Annual Chamber Dinner! Dr. Spires delivered an incredible and motivational presentation, and the memorial table honoring those who helped shape our community was especially touching.
Several of the gentlemen honored also held a special place in our hearts. Nurse Michele became emotional as she recognized men she had cared for during their final days, saying, “Wow, this is beautiful. What an honor it was to care for these men”.
That is the beauty of what we do. Our residents and their families leave a lasting imprint on our hearts, just as we hope we do on theirs. ❤️

What an amazing time we had at our Summer Luau! 🌺🌴We were thrilled to have Kanaka Jams join us for an unforgettable evening, complete with a talented hula dancer who taught us a traditional dance inspired by the journey of catching fish and bringing them back to the village to celebrate. What a fun interactive experience for everyone!Our chefs prepared a delicious hog roast, while our residents and families brought smiles, laughter and great energy! From our limbs contest to our hula contest, there was unforgettable memories made! At Stonebridge, life is meant to be lived and we sure know how to have fun! Aloha! 🌴🌺

Please join us in congratulating our very own Rebecca Thompson on becoming our newest RN! 🎉

Rebecca has worked incredibly hard to achieve this milestone while continuing to be an amazing nurse and a wonderful new mom. She always comes to work with a smile on her face and provides exceptional, compassionate care to our residents.

Rebecca has been part of the StoneBridge family for just one year, and she has already accomplished so much. We’re incredibly proud of you and cheering you on, Becca! We are so lucky to have you as part of our team! 💙
