Meet our Director of Operations, Teresita Pulgarin!

With over 15 years of experience in management and operations, Teresita brings a true people-first approach to PCI Pharmacy. Her priorities have always been simple: take care of the team, take care of our patients, and take care of our providers. She works behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and make sure everyone is taken care of.

Outside of PCI, Teresita is a proud mom of four who enjoys staying active and spending time with her kids. And when football season comes around, you can bet she’s cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Denise earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and developed a passion for compounding pharmacy, personalized medicine, and GLP-1 therapies while working as a pharmacy intern. She also brings a strong scientific background from her experience as a microbiologist. Denise is passionate about helping patients feel their best through personalized care.
