# 🩸 WHY I STARTED CARE LAB SERVICES ❤️

I want to share a little bit about **why I became an independent mobile phlebotomist and opened my own bloodwork clinic.**

Healthcare has changed.

**Insurance deductibles are high. Hospital and healthcare costs can be overwhelming. And sometimes, something as simple as getting blood drawn can become a much bigger inconvenience than it needs to be.**

I kept thinking:

# # # **There has to be a better, more convenient option.**

That's where **Care Lab Services** came in. ❤️

I wanted to create a place where people could have access to **professional bloodwork and specimen collection services in one convenient local location**—without always having to make a trip to a hospital or large facility.

But I also knew that **not everyone can come to us.**

Some of our patients are **homebound, elderly, have mobility challenges, lack transportation, or simply need the convenience of having a phlebotomist come to them.**

So I built a business around **meeting patients where they are.** 🏠🩸
