Well folks, it's official!! Today is Dr. Farmer's last day seeing patients! Our office will be open for the next couple of weeks, as we pack up and complete record transfers, but we will no longer be available to see patients. We want to thank you for entrusting us with your health care over the years, it's truly been an honor.

If you would like to commemorate Dr. Farmer's retirement, we are having an open-house celebration on Sunday, January 7th, 2024, at the office. Come and go between 2-5 PM. We hope to see you there!
