Stop cutting out protein to “get in shape.” ❌ It’s actually sabotaging your metabolism!

Lately I’ve been hearing so much about how hard it is to get enough protein—or worse, people trying to cut it out entirely just to “get in shape.”

Let’s face it: food is energy.

When you put the right things into your body, you’re equipped to power through the day.💪

Here’s my 5-Minute Fix to rev up that metabolism and support your gut:

• 1–2 scoops of collagen peptides (I use .momentus — my personal favorite for a clean 15g of protein)
• 1 cup frozen pineapple (or mango!) 🍍
• A big handful of spinach 🥬
• 1 cup of coconut water for deep hydration 🥥
• Optional: A handful of ice 🧊

Drop your blender settings for 50–60 seconds and you’re good to go!
