Please join us for a beginner friendly yoga class every Thursday evening at 6PM at Wholism located at 105 Railroad Street, Bedford, PA (Fat Jimmy’s/Family Dollar plaza). Class is an hour and the cost is $15. Please bring a mat and anything you might need for class. Take this important step for your own self care and give yourself the gift of yoga.
