At PriorityDirectMED, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

Every patient receives an individualized medical evaluation and treatment plan based on their health history, goals, insurance coverage, and lifestyle. Some patients benefit from injectable medications, some from oral medications, and others succeed with lifestyle changes and ongoing medical coaching.

One of the things I’m most proud of is helping patients navigate insurance. I spend a great deal of time completing prior authorizations, writing letters of medical necessity, and appealing denials whenever appropriate.

My goal is to help you receive the treatment that’s medically appropriate—not simply the treatment that’s easiest to prescribe.

Over the past several months, I’ve had the privilege of watching patients:
• Lose 20, 50, and even over 75 pounds
• Improve blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol
• Sleep better
• Become more active
• Feel healthier and more confident

Seven years ago today, I had the privilege of becoming a living liver donor for an 11-month-old little girl named Molly who was battling biliary atresia.

When I learned Molly needed a living liver donor, I felt called to help. What I thought would be one act of giving became something much greater. It created a lifelong bond between two families.

Today, Molly is a thriving little girl who is approaching her 8th birthday. Watching her grow has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. She has celebrated milestones with our family, including serving as a flower girl in both of my older daughters’ weddings.

As I reflect on these past seven years, I’m also reminded how powerful the example of caring for others can be. Today, my daughters Christina and Brianna are both board-certified nurse practitioners working in oncology, and my youngest daughter, Ashleigh, is a rising senior nursing student at Saint Anselm College. Each has chosen a career dedicated to serving others, and I couldn’t be prouder.

As healthcare professionals, we often focus on the science of medicine, but experiences like this remind us that the greatest impact we make is through compassion, generosity, and human connection.

Every June 25th, I celebrate Molly’s health and use this anniversary to encourage others to learn about organ donation. One decision can save a life, transform families, and create bonds that last forever.

Happy 7th Liver-versary, Molly. Thank you for reminding all of us what hope, resilience, and love look like.
