Thank you guys for a busy spring and start to summer! ☀️ As warmer weather approaches we would like to remind our clients of some summer tattoo tips 😊
🌟We cannot tattoo a sunburn or a healing sunburn. That includes skin that isn’t necessarily red, but is still dry and peeling.
🌟You cannot swim for a minimum of 2 weeks (sometimes longer) after your tattoo.
🌟You cannot swim with a Saniderm bandage on your fresh tattoo. It does not provide the necessary protection to keep your tattoo safe
🌟Your fresh tattoo needs to be protected from the sun for at least 2-3wks while healing. Covering it with clothing is best.
🌟Both fresh and salt water can harbor dangerous bacteria that can infect your tattoo.
Please be safe during your summer season while getting tattooed. If you have a tattoo appointment and need to adjust due to summer plans, please let us know in an appropriate time frame! Thank you!!
