I’m excited to officially announce that D.S. Hair & Scalp Wellness is expanding to Montgomery County, opening October 5, 2026!

After more than 35 years in the beauty, hair, scalp, and wellness industry, I’m looking forward to bringing a specialized, whole-person approach to individuals experiencing hair loss and scalp concerns.

As a Clinical Trichologist and Naturopathic Practitioner, my work focuses on looking beyond the surface and helping clients better understand the factors that may be contributing to changes in their hair and scalp.

My areas of focus include hair loss and scalp wellness, hormonal and menopausal hair changes, postpartum shedding, GLP-1 associated hair loss, post-hair transplant maintenance, microneedling and advanced scalp therapies, medical-grade wigs, and hair extension solutions.

MEET DENISE SEIBERT

Board-Certified Trichologist | Naturopathic Practitioner

For more than 35 years, my work has centered on healthy hair, scalp wellness, and understanding the factors that may contribute to hair loss and thinning.

My journey into trichology became personal more than 28 years ago when I experienced significant shedding after the birth of my son. Although I was an experienced cosmetologist and master stylist, I found myself asking the same question I had heard from so many women:

“Why is my hair doing this?”

That question changed the direction of my career.

Drawing on my background in biology and wellness, I began studying hair loss, scalp disorders, nutrition, lifestyle, hormones, and other internal and external factors that may influence the hair-growth cycle. That journey ultimately led me to become a Board-Certified Trichologist and Naturopathic Practitioner.

Over the years, my own experiences with postpartum hair loss, menopause, hormone therapy, and profound grief have deepened my understanding of how personal hair loss can be.

Today, through D.S. Hair & Scalp Wellness, I provide comprehensive hair and scalp assessments, trichology services, wellness-focused education, and individualized recommendations to help clients better understand their concerns and determine appropriate next steps.

I also support clients experiencing postpartum, menopausal and hormonal hair changes, GLP-1 associated shedding, stress-related hair concerns, scalp conditions, and post-hair restoration maintenance, while collaborating with healthcare and hair-restoration professionals when appropriate.

For me, this work is deeply personal.

I became the professional I once needed when I was searching for answers of my own.

The most important things to know about hair loss is that NOT ALL HAIR LOSS IS THE SAME.
