This is my buddy, Matt, aka the hardest working guy in the room. Matt told me 12 weeks ago wanted to get shredded but that his last cut for a show was so bad he never wanted to do another show. In 12 weeks we got him vacation ready and he told me he feels amazing! Long story short, if he can feel this good while getting this lean he is think about doing another show!

You don’t have to feel like trash to look amazing, you just have to stick to the macros and do the work. Working with Matt has been such a rewarding experience. Seeing his progress and the amount of joy it gives him really fills my heart.

This girl has really been putting in the work! Such huge changes in just a year and she’s not stopping anytime soon. We’ve been working together for a year now and have seen her lose 7.6% body fat and gain 8lbs of muscle 💪🏼

In the past month, we’ve added more calories and she continued to drop body fat and increase muscle. Perfect example of why you can’t tell progress from the scale alone.

EmSlim Neo offers HIEMT+RF technology (high intense electro magnetic therapy + radio frequency) targets the muscle beneath stubborn fat, causing the muscle to contract in the treatment area. These muscular contractions are carried out in a series of high intensity alternating pulse rates throughout the treatment, inducing around 20,000 supramaximal muscle contractions. EmSlim Neo Progress pics!! 💪

I started using the body sculpting machine 5 weeks ago. I’m now 7 sessions in and I’m definitely seeing a difference. Not only are my abs more defined but I can feel them engaged more in all of my lifts - squats, deadlifts, overhead presses … and I’m not done yet! It takes 12 weeks after your last session to see full results. Love this machine! Abs will be fully loaded before summer ☀️
