My daughter was a wild land firefighter (she’s now in dispatch) she was on the end of a chain saw and during a fire communication is paramount for safety. She wore phonak serenity choice work molds. That allowed the noise to be filter but not speech. 10/10 recommend these

Tis the season! We have seen an increase in calls over the last 10 days for missing hearing aids.
Losing a hearing aid is a common worry, but a few simple habits can make all the difference! To keep your devices secure, stick to the "one-place rule" by using a designated case or "safe zone" every time they come out of your ears—and never leave them in pockets or on napkins. For added peace of mind, consider using physical tools like retention clips or "ear gear" that tether the aids to your clothing, and make sure to sync your devices to their smartphone app to use "Find My Hearing Aid" GPS tracking.
