In observance of Labor Day, all of our physician practices, including walk-in care, as well as outpatient labs, radiology and cardiac testing, will be closed Monday, Sept. 7.

All practices and departments will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, Sept. 8.

Our Emergency Department, as always, is open.

Lindsay and Abbey from the Community Health Team spent the morning picking up nutritious food from Aldermere Farm and Erickson Fields and loading it into "Sugar," the Community Health Department's 2024 Chevrolet Trax.

Quirk Chevrolet GMC of Rockland generously donated "Sugar" to the department in December 2024. "Sugar" helps our Community Health team bring resources directly into the communities we serve.

Join us, in partnership with Coastal Mountains Land Trust, for a guided hike along the trails of McLellan-Poor Preserve in Northport on Thursday, Sept. 3, at 10 a.m. The guides will offer participants a couple of trail options to choose from, ranging from 2.2 miles to more than 3 miles.
