Take the time to watch this video. I have done a tone of research on this topic over the years and all conclusions are the same. Eat the fats!🥑🧀🍖🥩🥓I took a class on the science behind how the body breaks down and uses food. This video is pretty accurate. If you do cows milk, drink whole milk. Enjoy an occasional steak. Have bacon from time to time (just not too often). Avocado is good with everything. Again, eat the fats and minimize carbs!!
