✨ What if you could truly get to know your partner again?

Sometimes couples don't stop loving each other. They simply stop TRULY seeing each other.

Life gets loud. Conversations become logistics. Assumptions replace curiosity. In all of that, two people can begin to feel more like teammates than partners.

The beautiful part - nobody needs FIXING!

What if you could unplug, slow down, and experience one another differently—with honesty, curiosity, presence, and without judgment?

This is the heart of my upcoming capstone work: exploring the value of Gestalt principles in couples work and what becomes possible when two people are willing to show up and get to know each other again.

I'm opening this experience to THREE couples over the next month.

You don't have to be in crisis. You don't have to have all the answers - - Just a willingness to lay it down, be present, and become curious about the person you chose.

✨Throughout this summer, because of the incredible generosity of Ivy's Legacy Foundation, dozens of women were gifted the opportunity to step away, breathe, and come home to themselves through our 'An Evening to Exhale' at the ranch.

The heart behind Ivy’s Legacy—taking love born from loss and turning it into comfort, support, and hope for others facing difficult seasons—hits this very loving heart deeply.

Because this week, if Heaven hadn’t been ready for her, Ivy would be stepping into her Senior year of High School. 💔

And yet, through the love of her family and the beautiful legacy created in her honor, her story continues to touch lives daily.

If you’re unfamiliar with this incredible foundation, their words say it so beautifully: Roots of Love. Branches of Hope. 🤍

We are deeply grateful that some of those branches reached our little corner of the world—and women who really needed them.

Stepping away from the noise and expectations, all the roles and titles, we can only then truly take note of our awareness.

What is it I want?
What is it I'm allowing?
How am I teaching others to treat me?
What happens if nothing changes?

Gestalt invites us to notice what is happening right here, right now—within ourselves and in the space between us and another.

With our herd, there is no forcing, fixing, or performing - - just presence without judgement. Truth without masks.

The horses meet us as we are, reflecting honestly in the moment and inviting us into deeper awareness, choice, and connection.

This is where the shift begins and healing happens, at a cellular level, memories of trauma remain although the reaction from their emotional triggers and physical pain dissipate.

Soaking up the last days of summer break & I've made a point to not feel guilt around the social unplug to simply keep loving our blessings {{these littles}} 🙌🥰🫶 Days full of cheer camp, our first week of tackle football, and school shopping with a pre-teen!!

✨️ Youth Empowerment '26 has now come to an end, and its left this soul with the most incredible gifts...Honestly, I'm a bit emotional!

Thank you to every kiddo and parent who has showed up with an open heart and trust in our mission.

Although the horses and I have been the ones facilitating, these kiddos have left incredible pieces of wisdom with us. ✨️❤️‍🔥🐴

Each youth left carrying life-lasting truths:
I am capable.
I am worthy.
I am loved.
I can trust myself.
I have a voice.
I have dreams.
And I already carry more strength within me than I realize.
..They left with a softness in their heart, dirt under their nails, and the sweet smell of horse in their memories forever.
