Treatment depends on the severity of PAD. At Houston Vein & Vascular, options may include lifestyle changes and medications, as well as minimally invasive treatments such as angioplasty, atherectomy, and stenting to help restore blood flow. For patients with advanced disease and limited treatment options, specialized limb-salvage procedures may also be considered.
