Third: Breathing– including the 4-7-8 from Andrew Weil, MD, PhD
“The Didgeridoo Hulabaloo” Dr. J will teach how to breathe and play the didgeridoo. Using the didgeridoo to balance the vagus nerve and stop snoring (not guaranteed).

Bring your didgeridoo. Dr. Jonas will have 8 bargain basement didgeridoos (PVC pipe 1 ¼ inch)
