For those attending the Sound Bath at Woodward Cave & Campground, plan to dress for the chilly cave temperatures and consider bringing a towel, yoga mat, blanket…anything that will aid in your comfort while you relax on the cave floor.

This will be a very unique and grounding experience. I hope to see you there!

Our friend Laura is returning to the studio on Sunday, July 12th for another beautiful afternoon with her singing bowls. If you have never experiences a sound bath, this is your opportunity. Sound meditation stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system to help reduce stress, alleviate pain and anxiety and can even improve sleep. And it's just really cool ;)
