🌿 Something New Is Coming to The Wellness Room…

I’m excited to be continuing my education this month with specialized training in Myofascial Flow. 🌊

This hands-on approach focuses on slow, intentional movement and working with the body’s connective tissue to help ease restrictions, improve mobility, and encourage a deeper sense of relaxation.

What I love most is that it isn’t about forcing the body or using more pressure, it’s about listening to the body and working with it.

I’m always looking for new ways to make each massage more personalized, restorative, and effective for the person on my table.
