INTRODUCING: THE GROUNDED PATH™ DISCOVERY WALK
If you are a professional, caretaker, or high-achiever who has been carrying a lot for a long time, it is time to create space to hear yourself again.
I am incredibly proud to announce the upcoming launch of The Grounded Path™ Discovery Walk—a guided, four-hour small-group experience designed to help you slow down, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with your inner landscape.
By taking our reflective practices out of the traditional office and into the restorative environment of nature, we will navigate a thoughtfully designed sequence of guided conversations and grounding exercises.
The Experiential Lunch
To close our time on the trail together, I want our closing circle to feel just as intentional as the walk itself. I am personally hand-crafting a fresh, wellness-focused picnic lunch for our participants, featuring smoked chicken, fresh avocado, homemade hibiscus sorrel tea, and fresh fruit. And that is where I need your help, Belleville & St. Louis!
Standard grocery store bread simply will not cut it for this experience. I am looking to partner with a passionate local artisan baker who makes incredible, authentic sourdough bread. I need that perfectly crusty, gut-healthy, fermented sourdough structure that holds up beautifully on a trail and looks like a work of art.
Who is your absolute favorite hidden-gem local baker?
Tag them in the comments below so I can connect with them! 👇
🛑 REGISTRATION DETAILS
The Grounded Path™ Discovery Walk is intentionally limited to an auspicious circle of 7 participants to preserve the deep meaning, safety, and clinical intimacy of the guided experience.
Our inaugural mid-July walks are now filling. If you are ready for a few hours to step away, reflect, and reconnect with yourself, please do not wait.
📩 Send a direct message to this page or email [email protected] today to receive the registration details and secure your place on the path.
Let's support local while helping our community heal in nature.
💚Note: This experiential workshop is psychoeducational and wellness-focused; it does not establish a formal clinical therapist-client relationship.
