Fresh Coffee Bean Roast! 🔥

Our latest batch of Nickel Plate Coffee Roasters coffee was roasted on May 23rd and is now at the perfect stage to enjoy!

After roasting, coffee beans release carbon dioxide through a natural process called degassing. While the aroma right out of the roaster is incredible, freshly roasted coffee actually benefits from a few days of rest. This allows excess gases to escape, resulting in a smoother, more balanced cup and better flavor extraction.

Most specialty coffee reaches its sweet spot between 7–14 days after roasting, when the flavors have had time to fully develop. That's where these beans are right now—fresh, flavorful, and ready for your morning cup.
