Our healing philosophy is based on traditional Ayurvedic principals, the continuous pursuit of good health by creating mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health through balanced nutrition, exercise, yoga, meditation, and stress reduction techniques. We provide our patients the coaching they need to achieve optimal balanced health. All our doctors have six years of Ayurvedic medical training from prestigious Ayurvedic Medical institutions in India and all are also trained Naturopathic Physicians. All our doctors have graduated from Bastyr University, a world famous natural medicine training institute. Our doctors are also on the faculty at Bastyr University, National Naturopathic College, Southwest Naturopathic College, and the University of Washington. With the recent changes in laws governing Naturopathic physicians, our doctors can now prescribe all the medications (including controlled schedule VI and schedule V drugs). This lets us provide a unique mix of traditional Ayurvedic practices and medicines and more familiar traditional western medications to optimally treat each patient's unique needs.
