Over 100 pounds lost—and a beautiful transformation to match. ✨

Following significant weight loss, this patient was left with breast volume loss and significant breast ptosis (sagging). To restore shape, fullness, and balance, Dr. Stephens performed an augmentation mastopexy using an anchor lift approach with 505cc silicone gel implants placed under the muscle.

The anchor lift allowed for the greatest degree of lifting and reshaping by removing excess skin and repositioning the breasts higher on the chest. A superior medial technique was used to reshape and support the patient’s own breast tissue, helping create beautiful upper fullness, improved cleavage, and long-lasting results.

The result is a fuller, lifted, and more youthful breast shape that complements her incredible weight-loss journey and hard-earned transformation.

Bright eyes, refreshed look. ✨

Our 36-year-old patient shared her before-and-after results following a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with lateral canthopexy. By removing excess fat through an incision hidden inside the lower eyelid, Dr. Stephens was able to smooth under-eye puffiness with no visible external scar. A lateral canthopexy was also performed to support the lower eyelid and maintain a natural, youthful contour.
