Chrys is a licensed massage therapist, Reiki Master, ordained agnostic minister, and wellness and self-care coach committed to helping clients live their best life through a variety of holistic and natural methods. A 2015 graduate of Omaha School of Massage and Healthcare, Chrys is a Level 3 Reiki Master and proficient in multiple hands-on modalities including Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral The
rapy, Swedish, Prenatal. Focusing on softer touch, energy work, CBD treatments and stretching, Chrys works primarily (but not exclusively) with those experiencing chronic pain conditions, mental health companion care and those in the special needs population while also offering online and in-person meditation, Reiki healing, and coaching. By offering a body, mind, soul approach, he gives each client the tools to manage their conditions and provide extended relief.
