Lucy is truly one of a kind—multitalented, thoughtful, incredibly caring, and always giving 100% of her heart. When Lucy is your dental assistant, we joke that even the pain starts going away on its own because of how gentle and caring she is! 🦷🥰

Behind the scenes, Lucy also takes care of our clinic’s ordering, making sure every material and supply is selected and handled with incredible attention and care. She is one of those people who notices the little things—and those little things make a BIG difference. ❤️

And her talents definitely don’t stop at dentistry! 🎨🧁 Lucy is a wonderful painter, an amazing baker, a devoted mama, and a loving wife. She brings creativity, warmth, and love into everything she does.

For the past five years, Mahsa has been such an important part of our team. As one of our amazing dental assistants, she works tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything organized, running smoothly, and filled with care.

Mahsa is truly one of the most honest, caring, dependable, and hardworking people you could ever have on a team. She puts so much love into everything she does—from caring for our patients to supporting her teammates and keeping our clinic beautifully organized. Her dedication never goes unnoticed. 🥹💗

Today, we’re so excited to shine the spotlight on our wonderful Insurance Coordinator, Vanessa. 💕

Vanessa works meticulously behind the scenes to make sure our patients receive the maximum benefits available through their insurance plans. She carefully checks every detail, follows up consistently, and helps make the insurance process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her dedication makes such a difference for our patients and our entire team. 🦷✨

But what makes Vanessa truly special is the gentle spirit she brings to everything she does. She is kind, patient and thoughtful❤️

And that caring heart doesn’t stop when the workday ends! 🐶💕 Outside the office, Vanessa loves spending time caring for her adorable little puppies. She even has some wonderful puppies looking for loving forever homes—so if you happen to be looking for a new four-legged family member, Vanessa may know just the one! 🐾🏡

Each day, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the incredible people who make A Smiling Heart Dentistry so much more than a dental office. 🦷✨

Today, our hearts are especially full as we celebrate 11+ wonderful years with one of the true heartbeats of our practice. ❤️

There is almost nothing she can’t do! She keeps us organized, takes care of our patients, solves problems before the rest of us even realize they exist—and at this point, we’re pretty sure she could perform half of Dr. Tigran’s job too. 😂🦷

But what makes her truly irreplaceable isn’t simply everything she does. It’s the heart with which she does it.

Every single workday, she drives an hour each way from Auburn to be here for our team and our patients. And after all those years and all those miles, she still greets you with a genuine smile and works tirelessly to make sure you leave with one too. 🥹❤️

Eleven-plus years of loyalty. Eleven-plus years of dedication. Eleven-plus years of caring for our patients like family.

Some people work at a practice. Others become part of its story, its family, and its soul.

We are beyond grateful for you and for every mile, every early morning, every busy day, every laugh, every problem solved, and every patient you have blessed along the way.

There are moments when you realize just how deeply a father loves his children. ❤️

After two long months apart, Daddy ❤️❤️ took a day away from his patients—not to rest, but to prepare the sweetest welcome home. Flowers carefully chosen, balloons filling the car, little teddy bears waiting… and then off to the airport, counting the minutes until he could finally see his babies again. 🥹💐🎈🧸

Because no matter how old they get, how far they travel, or how independent they become… to Daddy, they will always be his babies. ❤️

Two months of missing them ended with one beautiful moment: “Welcome home.” 🏡❤️

And suddenly, our home feels whole again.

There truly is no place like home—and no love quite like a Daddy’s love. 🥹❤️❤️

Being a doctor 👩‍⚕️ is not for everyone. It takes more than intelligence, years of studying, and a degree. It takes a heart willing to give endlessly, yet strong enough to carry the responsibility of caring for another human life. ❤️

Watching Dr. Tigran’s oldest daughter dream of pursuing medicine is so special. She has grown up watching her papa care for his patients with compassion, kindness, patience, and a genuine desire to heal—and now she dreams of carrying that same heart into her own future. 🩺✨

Summer has come to an end… and UW is calling again. 💜📚 Back to studying, long days, big dreams, and another year closer to the woman and doctor God is preparing her to become.

A father’s greatest legacy isn’t simply having his child follow his profession—it’s seeing the heart behind his work inspire the next generation. ❤️
