Hands of Heartland (HOH) is excited to announce it has been awarded Quality Assurance Accreditation from The Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) in Iowa. Achieving this accreditation demonstrates that HOH aligns with internationally renowned standards in the human services field. These standards focus on implementing sound systems and person-centered practices that improve the lives of people with disabilities.

The Council on Quality and Leadership has been a leader in working with human service organizations to define, measure, and improve quality of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. CQL offers training, certification, accreditation, research, and consultation services to agencies that share their vision of dignity, opportunity, and community for all people.

We would like to congratulate our Iowa team members and our Quality Assurance group for their hard work in making this milestone happen!
