Leg Swelling Isn’t Always “Just Tired Legs”
Aching, heaviness, swelling, skin-color changes, and visible twisted veins may be more than cosmetic concerns.
Long periods of sitting can slow blood flow in the legs, especially when combined with other risk factors. Regular walking, ankle movement, and position changes can help support healthy circulation.
Sudden swelling, pain, warmth, or discoloration in one leg should be medically assessed. If these symptoms are followed by sudden shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, or fainting, seek emergency care immediately.
