Our Full Moon 420 Outdoor Reiki Sound Bath returns this Sunday, December 19th to in Costa Mesa! Come join in our cannabis friendly reiki sound bath experience as we guide you on a deeply meditative journey through sound and energy healing.⁣
⁣
Our sound bath experience includes the use of multiple planetary tuned gongs and 432hz crystal singing bowls to induce the body and mind into a meditative state, helping produce various brain waves that promote inner healing, greater clarity, and a stronger connection with spirit.⁣
⁣
Joining us will be our usual line up of various vendors and healers that are offerings their gifts and crafts to the community including tarot readings by .baby.goddess, reiki infused jewelry by , and crystals from @13.crystals. ⁣

Cost is $50 per person. We have a student ticket option for $35 (you will need to show your student ID upon checking in)⁣

⏚ Qigong For Grounding ⏚

Here's a simple 20-minute mindful movement flow that honors a moment to reconnect with your mind, body and spirit. This flow can assist in releasing stress, anxiety, and allow one to feel more grounded. This is a short snippet of my everyday flow and I hope this brings resonance to you.

Think about what it is you’re attracting
and manifesting. What is the energetic
component of that feeling as if it’s here?
Tune into the sensation of that vibration and
allow your body to sit with that energy.
Start noticing the sensations that are showing
up & bring your awareness that it’s already here
within you. Smile and allow this vibration to fuel you, trusting that the universe is conspiring for and with you. You may recite the mantra: I am open to receiving opportunities and experiences aligned with love.
And so it is!

The art of allowing and receiving is such a fundamental part in manifesting. May the law of attraction assist you in bringing all that you desire into your vortex as you tune into that vibration. It’s already here within you — embody that energy & trust! :) Have a beautiful Friday the 13th!
