Over the weekend, Jonté and I held space with 13 beautiful souls, who answered a quiet call to Tone into our Hearts (highest timeline) together.

Each woman arrived with an open heart, and together we wove a field of unconditional love, sisterhood, connection, and sacred healing.

The energy that flowed through our circle was beyond words—it was a remembrance.

Thirteen women answered the invitation to choose self-love, nourish their nervous systems, embrace deep self-care, and align with the highest expression of their souls.

Surrounded by the healing frequencies of sound, Reiki, and the grounding resonance of our voices, we journeyed together through a landscape of vibration, presence, and realignment to our highest timelines.

We were vibin’!

With every tone, every breath, and every shared moment, I could feel our collective field expanding. Hearts opened. Walls softened. Clarity emerged.

Together, we entered a sacred sanctuary - woven with divine protection, profound peace, radiant healing, and unconditional love.

It became a space where each soul was gently invited to release what had grown heavy, remember her inner light, and reconnect with the ancient wisdom that has always lived within.

The awakening of frequencies within that continue to ripple outward days, weeks, months after our circle has closed.

And in the quiet hours of reflection this morning, I already feel the call of what is to come… a gentle knowing that this is only the beginning.

Jonté and I are honored and humbled to hold sacred space and we cannot wait to open this sacred space again, to gather once more in our circle of sisterhood, where hearts will meet, souls will remember, and healing will continue to unfold in divine timing.

⚪️ The white in the graph is showing the 5D light codes entering. This is the highest vibrational energy that can be logged by these graphs. This is the energy coming through that will break up the density within us and around us. Facilitating deep clearings and healings that we may utilize by asking for what we are ready to release so we may embody our highest timeline. Many report feelings of energetic elevation through this time.

🔴 The red in the graph is showing energy blocks clearing. Many may feel intense healings and clearings along with ah-ha moments of realizations and deeper understandings of self and others. This is when many may start to feel the ascension symptoms and tiredness, this is a perfect time to listen to your body, mind and spirit to nurture self.

🟢 The green is showing new connectivity through the energy transmissions. Integration is as important as receding the high frequency y energy codes of light. During this time many feel a chance to rest from the high frequency energy and the energy blocks clearing. This is when we may take a deep breath and start to integrate with the new frequency we have received. Integrating with this energy so we may embody a new higher vibrational way of doing, being and feeling. This is a very important step to our ascension. This is when we choose positive ways of being and living from our hearts is put into action.

⚫️ the black is timeline shifts as this energy is so high vibrational it cannot even be logged - this is the literal gateway to higher dimensions, where we can transition into a higher vibrational frequency or parallel timeline

There is healing energy infused within this message

This is because I am radiating love from my heart

Connecting with you through an energy stream as I write this, as you read this

For you and to you

As I tune into my higher states of consciousness and my guides

I connect in with this high frequency energy

Of pure love, unconditional love

I love you as I love myself

This is what’s available to you and for you

The connection to your true self - your higher self

The one that loves deeply and completely

Unhindered by this human experience

By our human minds - by our ego

The love we feel and can tap into is pure, blissful and true

As I send this love to you

It travels deep into your subconscious mind and heals aspects of yourself that you try and hide

Love, there is no need for judgement

There is no need for fear of being found out

Just acceptance and healing of the self and others

Because as we heal ourselves and release the density held within our dna, consciousness, and subconsciousness

As do others that are tied to these energy streams

Whether they be family, friends, acquaintances the person you pass on the street

We are all connected feeling the vibrations from each other and the energy continues on

We may all assist each other to raise our vibration

By releasing the self judgement and the judgement of others

Through our hearts

Through our minds

The the love we are able to encompass for ourselves that pours into loving others

This is the key to our awakening

Our heart space is the most powerful energy center within our human form

Our heart is our power source

Our heart is our connection point to God Consciousness and the ability to vibrational ascend higher and higher into a state of one-ness

When we are able to connect our mind with our heart - this is when we are truly embodying the love frequency

Because man encompasses ego through the mind - not through our connection with oneness or source

And our ego is so important to have during our human experience here

It allows us to feel safe, secure, and makes us feel unique and independent from others

Our ego also tricks us into thinking we are separate and that we are better than others

When we release our unhealthy ego with gratitude we are able to connect our minds with our hearts and step into the one-ness mind-state

Allowing us to embody a higher vibration through love we access the higher states of consciousness that is God Consciousness - because through our hearts we are connect directly to source

As we ascend in our consciousness so does our ability to feel love, compassion for all, and hold a deeper understanding of this reality

The judgement is gone and all that’s left is pure love, compassion and understanding

We are all here to experience the pain and pleasure of this 3D reality

To feel how it is to be inside of a human form

Experience food, nature, and the energy that radiates from all living beings in this realm

To be able to make love to your partner, touch their skin, hug them and kiss them

Create life, a family, and embrace them, care for them, in this material world

In the higher dimensions we don’t have a physical body - we are light - we have a crystalline form - we are pure consciousness

When we ascend into 5D so does our consciousness

Our physical body is released along with all of the density here in this 3D realm

We hold a higher state of awareness and are on a higher plane of existence

We don’t get caught up in the lower frequency of thought patterns or behaviors

Everyone is telepathic and understands all

There are no lies or secrets because it’s just not possible to hide your thoughts or the vibration you are releasing

There’s no need to lie or be deceptive because it’s just not necessary to do so - the judgement is gone

This is how we communicate in the 5D - through telepathy and our energy

And we all know our vibes don’t lie and our thoughts come naturally and can’t be quieted

It’s only in this realm where we hide who we truly are because of the fear of being judged of what we have done or what we have experienced

And this is the separation

The judgement of self and others

The judgement is from man’s ego not love

We must understand, source holds a higher state of consciousness that doesn’t judge

It’s not in the vibration to do so

Once you understand that man has created the darkness in this realm by his judgement - the freedom sets in

This is when you may be released from all judgement and harsh criticisms of yourself and others

The love and compassion radiates from you

Naturally and beautifully

It becomes a state of being and is who you are energetically

You radiate pure love

You hold a higher state of consciousness

This is how we re-connect as one and ascend together

Supporting each other and loving each other through whatever experience you may be having in this human form

As our consciousness raises so do we - through connecting to our hearts and the release of self judgement and the judgement of others

The Schumann Resonance continues to show high frequency energy being expressed from the sun portal and the core of the Earth

This energy is supporting our awaking, our ascension through the revelation of self and others

Who we have become on this planet through our human experiences here, our life contracts and our free will choices

The more we honor ourself, our feelings, our human journey on this planet - the more connected we become to our higher self and our human self experiencing this journey

Honoring our experiences is what creates the acceptance and love within us and around us

When we reject our human emotions, our human experience we are actually rejecting ourselves

We sever the energetic link we have to our higher self and our visions become clouded, our connection becomes blurred

Honoring our true selves in this human reality is the key to feeling, being and experiencing truth

In other realities, other higher dimensions, there is no need or ability to reject ourselves, to lie to ourselves about how we feel about self or others

When we start to understand that we are all vibration we start to understand that vibration never lies because it can’t

We communicate telepathically, energetically and whatever energy or thought we are vibrating at is what is being released and picked up on by others

It is only here, in the densest reality in all the universe, that humans choose to lie to themselves and others about their emotions, feelings and experiences

Usually because of fear, or a desire for control

We hide what we truly think, who we truly are and if we have any “hidden agendas”

This human created deception is largely based on the human created ego

Once we are able to embody unconditional love for self and unconditional love for others our acceptance of self and acceptance of others may step in

and unite us all

Our awaking process is our human self shedding everything and anything that separates us from oneness

By loving ourselves and others completely we are able to release the separateness that has been created by humans in this real through harsh judgements

Whether that be through religion, class, belief system, government and so on

All of the people, places, things that separate us, the judgment, the harsh criticism, the lie that we are not good enough, or “we” are “better” than “them”

This is what is dissolving now before our eyes

The separation through the revelation of self, as we honor truth

It is when a woman can fully embody her femininity, that the male counterpart can expand in his essence and vibration of his masculinity

Because the masculine energy of the home is just as important as the feminine energy of the home

The masculine energy grounds us down into the earth and this reality, creating all the physical possibilities here

It is the masculine energy that takes cosmic consciousness and turns it into a reality and something tangible, grounding down into this realm

He is the one who turns a thought into an action

Together, the feminine brings the energy down from the cosmos and the masculine brings it to fruition with the actions he takes

Together, the masculine and feminine heal one another by the openness they share and the love they hold in their hearts for self and each other

Healing generational trauma and wounds that have been passed down and releasing old coping mechanisms that are outdated and dishonoring of self

Our children are the new frequency of the new earth

Bringing in more compassion, love and forgiveness

We are in such a time of rebalancing - the masculine and feminine is experiencing an overhaul of readjustments

This is our time to observe, regulate, and heal the imbalances that have been infiltrated within our family units created by generational trauma, abuse, and the overpowering control of society and its infrastructures

This is why most of us have been expanding and contracting within our relationships

We are noticing these imbalances and stepping out of that vibration and into a space that is more in alignment with our values, morals and ways of being

And this has all been divinely guided as each of us steps into our sovereignty and honor our experiences we step into who we truly are and the life we are creating for our families

As women we hold the future generations within our womb and it is up to us to create the standard of living, loving and being

What we face and heal now, is what our future generations don’t have to experience and heal from later in life

Women and mothers are the spiritual anchors within the home

We are directly connected to cosmic consciousness and the higher realms of creativity, sensuality, and conscious creation

Mothers are the portals to life; creating, holding, and nurturing all of existence

As a mother, When pregnant, our energy expands and contracts to hold and support the connection and growth within the womb

And the spiritual connection between mother, child and Earth

There is an energetic umbilicus that is created from the mothers solar plexus to the energy of the baby from conception on

This connection grows as the child grows within the womb

The child’s spirit connects completely during birth, while traveling through the portal of life into this realm

Mothers, along with the rest of the family, are creating contracts and making agreements with our children, their guides and spirit team - along with the rest of the family

And We all know the mother is the heartbeat of the home, and she taps in directly to become the spiritual connection and protection

Women are intuitive, naturally, and as a woman, we know when things feel right and we know exactly when things feel off

This is how connected in we are!

when we sense what is happening and act on it - feeling the grounded support from our masculine counterpart - a balanced union through trust is created
