Truth is, I’m here. At home. The grandboyz, Jason & Bodie, and here with us on Jero Farm while the parentals drive cross country on their relocation journey.

Thai Bodywork

I’ve not talked about this in quite some time- I’ve been bizzy! But the question pops up from time to time- so here’s a little bit about it. Only available to book by special request- as my regular schedule is quite full.

Experience deep, personalized healing with a 90-minute Thai Bodywork session with Lise Waugh. This unique, floor-based practice blends rhythmic massage, joint-freeing movement, gentle stretching, acupressure on key individualized points, abdominal (visceral) therapy, and profound relaxation—all guided by your body’s elemental needs.

While sessions take place on a comfortable mat, allowing for natural grounding and fluid movement- they can be adapted to a table, and frequently are.

Clients remain fully clothed, so simply wear something comfortable and easy to move in, and settle into a restorative journey that reconnects body, breath, and balance.
