NorthStar Medical specializes in Sleep Medicine, Medical Weight Management and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. We currently have a need for a Pulmonary Rehabilitation Coordinator!
Preferred applicant will be an enthusiastic individual bringing significant clinical assessment experience in patient care as a Respiratory Therapist (interested RN or PT would also be considered), providing direct patient care including evaluations, treatment, contributing to program development, quality improvement and community education. Experience in a cardiopulmonary rehab program is preferred, however we will train the right candidate!
Successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to oversee and perform direct clinical components of program and to ensure quality patient care using knowledge of rehab concepts and goals and working knowledge of relevant Medicare, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities will include program development, patient care, ongoing assessment, input on census/volume growth and contributing to program performance goals.

Must have applicable certification as a respiratory therapist or related field and current certification and state license where applicable. Interest RN or Physical Therapist would also be considered. In compliance with the Washington mandate for healthcare establishments, we do require the Covid-19 vaccine.
