Congratulations to our first Peggy Drake Memorial Award winner!

Becky Jiron from Highgate Yakima was nominated by her colleagues for the Award because of her commitment to training new care partners and her dedication to residents and their families.

Yakima team members wrote about how excellent resident care is an expectation for all residents each day and their nomination was endorsed by Becky’s ED, Caela Bianchi.

The Drake Memorial Award, honors our late friend and colleague, Peggy Drake. The Award embodies what Peggy stood for - remarkable devotion, energy, or integrity while providing connection and care to Highgate residents. We are honored to celebrate Becky as our first Drake Memorial Award winner! 😊
