What does a doula actually do? 💜

A doula is there to support you, not take over your experience.

From pregnancy to birth and into postpartum, doulas can provide emotional support, physical comfort, education, resources, and a steady presence as you navigate one of life’s biggest transitions.

They don’t replace your partner.
They don’t replace your medical team.
They become another part of your support system. ✨

Because every family deserves to feel informed, heard, and supported.
