Emerald Acres LLC This company provides several different services that all focus on maintaining optimum health. We also grow a wide variety of herbs and vegetables.

We offer reflexology therapy, holistic nutritional consulting and herbal medicinal consultation. We have a small apothecary sourced from our property and if anything has to be sourced from other paces, it is always organic and/or chemical free. In season, we also have duck eggs. Hi folks!
I’ve been making this lacto-fermented goodness for nearly a decade. Many have tasted it and many have loved it. I have not yet sold a jar…. Or traded but have given as gifts
I started off calling it kimchi because it has most traditional ingredients but I have added a few more things.
I’ve decided to start calling it
Colorado Mountain Chic Kimchi
Next is to possibly market.
There is quite a bit of steps for this so stay tuned 🤠
