𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬?
Success can be winning a competition, finding love, achieving fame, experiencing inner peace, or maintaining a healthy body. These are all wonderful aspirations. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄, 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁?
I see so many of us get caught up in the chase. We chase after external markers (money, titles, etc.) to feel successful. This chase can lead to constant self-judgment and a feeling that we're never "good enough."
𝗜𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁?
Absolutely! Reaching for goals is part of what makes us tick. But here's the thing: when we're constantly focused on some future "better version" of ourselves, it's hard to find that sweet spot called acceptance. And without acceptance, that nagging voice just gets louder.

Acceptance doesn't mean giving up. It's about acknowledging reality without judgment. When I take a walk into unknown areas of the forest, sometimes I feel like I’m lost. Denying the fact that I’m lost won't help. Acceptance allows us to pause, and start navigating towards a better path. With acceptance comes the clarity to take action for positive change.

By all means, set goals! But make sure your goals are aligned with your present values and experiences. Start by identifying what brings you joy and fulfillment now. Then, set goals that move you closer to a future that builds on that happiness. Otherwise, without alignment, you’ll always feel like you’re in a void and happiness will be distant.
True success is a journey, not a destination. It's about appreciating who you are today and taking intentional steps towards a future that aligns with your values.
So, what matters most to you right now? What small step can you take today to move closer to your definition of success, wherever you are on your journey?
Let's chat in the comments, or shoot me a DM. We can figure this out, together.
Because guess what? The most successful version of you is already on this adventure!
