First giveaway happens October 13th! 🎀

As many of you know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this is a cause that is very personal to me.

My grandmother was a breast cancer fighter, and I have many friends and family members who have faced breast cancer, are survivors, or are currently undergoing treatment.

This October, I wanted to find a small way for TheraPoint Massage Company to recognize and support some of those incredible people. 💗

So today, October 6th, I’m posting a special nomination giveaway. Between now and October 13th, I’m asking you to nominate a breast cancer survivor or someone currently undergoing treatment.

All you have to do is tag them in the comments on this post and tell me who you’d like to nominate. If you’d rather keep your nomination private, you’re also welcome to send me a message.

On October 13th, I’ll randomly select one person who was nominated to receive a complimentary 60-minute massage from TheraPoint Massage Company. 🎀

You can nominate a friend, family member, coworker, or someone special in your life who deserves an hour dedicated completely to themselves.

Please help me spread the word by sharing the post and recognizing the incredible women and men in our community who have been impacted by breast cancer. 💗

✨ Allow me to reintroduce myself! ✨

Hi! I’m Kelsey Lerch, owner and licensed massage therapist behind TheraPoint Massage Company. 💙

My background has always centered around understanding the human body and helping others. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and a Master’s degree in Medical Physiology, and I’ve spent the last several years teaching Human Anatomy & Physiology, Pathophysiology, and other health science courses at the college level.

TheraPoint was created as a way for me to take that knowledge beyond the classroom and use it in a more hands-on, personal way.

My mission is simple: to provide massage therapy that is knowledgeable, intentional, and individualized to the person on the table.

I offer both relaxation and therapeutic massage, with 60-minute sessions available. While there is absolutely a time and place for simply relaxing and unwinding, my passion especially lies in therapeutic massage — understanding what may be contributing to tension or discomfort and using my knowledge of anatomy and the musculoskeletal system to guide each session.

That means your massage isn’t going to look exactly like the person’s before you. I want to know where you hurt, what feels tight, what you do every day, and what you hope to get out of your session. From there, I tailor my approach to what your body actually needs.

At TheraPoint, massage isn’t one-size-fits-all. My goal is to create an environment that feels comfortable and relaxing while still providing thoughtful, purposeful bodywork.
