You know how some clients neatly fold their clothes, some organize them by color, and some leave a little pile that says, "I have my life together"?
Apparently, I am not those people.

The moment I become the client, all organizational skills leave my body and my clothes end up looking like they were evacuated in an emergency. πŸ˜…

Turns out massage therapists don't magically become graceful, organized clients the moment they're receiving care.

We're just as ready to melt into the table and forget our responsibilities as everyone else.

And honestly? I think that's a good sign. 🀍

These are tiny reminders of just how much tension the nervous system can carry without us even realizing it.

Many people think feeling constantly "on," struggling to relax, clenching their jaw, carrying headaches, or holding tension in their shoulders is just normal life. But often, the body is simply adapting to stress the best way it knows how.

The good news? The nervous system can learn safety, too.

We spend a lot of time thinking about necks, shoulders, and backs, but what about everything below the waist?

Your hips, glutes, hamstrings, calves, and feet quietly carry you through thousands of steps, countless transitions, and the demands of everyday life. They absorb impact, create stability, and generate the momentum that keeps you moving forward.
