Sapphire at Northwoods hosted their 1st Annual Community Fair this yesterday. We were overwhelmed with joy seeing the happiness on our residents faces while also welcoming so many friendly faces from our community.

Thank you to our AMAZING staff for pulling out all the stops to make this an unforgettable event and to our incredible community partners and first responders for joining us.

One of the many things we love about our Dream Maker Program is turning everyday wishes into unforgettable moments. Recently, Nancy enjoyed a special shopping trip and came back with a new bag, some beautiful jewelry, and a smile that said it all.

The group chat energy in memory care is undefeated sometimes! 😂

One person mentions a celebrity from the 1950s, and suddenly:

When Anthony and Lois shared their love story with the team at Symphony Care Network, the community came together to help celebrate their anniversary with a special outdoor lunch inspired by some of their favorite memories together.

From lasagna prepared with love to touches of purple throughout the décor (Lois’s favorite color), every detail was chosen to honor a relationship built on kindness, laughter, and always being sweet to one another.
