A few updates to share about my schedule for classes — please take a moment to read through!

Slow Flow Saturday Class
Slow Flow will continue on Saturdays at 9:30 AM for the next two weeks. Please note:

🧘🏻‍♀️ Saturday, 8/15 — 9:30 AM
🧘🏻 Saturday, 8/22 — 9:30 AM
❌ No class Saturday, 8/29/2026

New September Schedule
Starting in September, Slow Flow is moving to evenings, and we’re adding a brand new class!

🧘🏽‍♂️Slow Flow — Monday evenings, 6:00 PM
🧘🏻‍♀️NEW: Slow Flow w/Free Flow — Wednesday evenings, 6:00 PM

📿Yoga Nidra
Join me for Yoga Nidra on Friday, August 21 at 6:00 PM. A wonderful way to unwind and restore — don’t miss it!

🌙 A little update from me, loves…

Over the past couple of months I’ve been dealing with some significant sciatic pain, and today I had a procedure done in hopes of finally finding some relief! 🙏

In true yogini fashion — rest is the practice — I’ll be taking the weekend to recover, so there will be no yoga classes this Saturday or Sunday at The Clearing in Bemidji.

But June is looking beautiful! Come find me on the mat:
✨ Slow Flow Yoga — Saturdays @ 9:30 AM
✨ Deep Stretch / Restorative — Sundays @ 8:30 AM
✨ Yoga Nidra — Friday, June 19 @ 6:00 PM (please join me for this one — it’s so special!)

And stay tuned… I may just be popping up outdoors this summer. ☀️ More to come!
